I started this firm in 1989 because I believed companies that leveraged the human component could achieve better results and perform better in the marketplace. I believe that everyone can be a big contributor to an organization's success in their own unique way. It is both a challenge and privilege to work with teams and leaders to fulfill our mission to "Create a Strategic Advantage For Leaders and Leadership Teams." Teamwork and leadership development are my passion -- in my consulting, in my work with charitable organizations, as a recreational baseball player and as a baseball coach.
